Sent my $485 medical debt that was being disputed with my insurance company to collections.
I have been a patient of this group really since before they began as a formal group. I find that they are outstanding. Very kind and caring. Never a problem getting in to see someone. The more serious the problem the more direct immediate attention. I called just yesterday with a significant issue, the assistant got a more senior member on the phone and we went through some symptoms To determine the next course of action. Really you can’t ask for more than that. I highly recommend them.

Wish I could give a 0 star, rude and aggressive office staff that should really think about a career change. Had one of the office staff tell me the Publix Pharmacy I use was closed at 1:43PM (If youve lived in Florida for any amount of time you know that is bs) and that she would have to call tomorrow to have the authorization issues fixed. Any institution that has awarded any of these office staff degrees should be audited immediatly. Once I get my scripts i'm finding a new doctor right away.
Again I can’t thank the staff for being so supportive of my quest to help my elderly mom. They really get the true meaning of personable service that is stellar. I’m always blown away how they all go the extra mile to take great care of their patients. I owe you all so much, you all treat us like family. ( The doctors are great too). Thank You
