Avoid this company! Their communication is nothing short of incompetent. If you don't mind being ignored, no communication, and late responses,they might be for you. If you actually need medical care, find another company who can actually do it.
Nurses are wonderful that come out. THEIR OFFICE STAFF STINK, dont return calls, dont keep caller updated when they say they will call back. Someone was to be here today, thursday 1-12 to do the wayfarin INR blood test, so our Dr would have it for Friday visit. I called twice, once at 11am and was told they were coming friday,. I said no, come today because of blood test, girl said she would see about getting someone out. Never heard back, called again at 310pm again, got voice mail, left message n wanted a return phone call... read more
Nurses are on time professional and kind
This is the worst for your supplies! Don’t EVER use them! I tried the first time took a month and a half for a CPAP filter and mask. Now it’s three weeks for tubing. Incompetent!
