The care, compassion and common sense of Bay Care Home care sustained me after being released from ICU This group is professionally efficient and handle cases of ppl in need very quickly to ensure that a person does not have a gap in their care. They also show a lot of compassion and I always was treated w respect and dignity. I would like to say a Special Thank You to Barbara Davis for going above and beyond I appreciate the support from this team during a time that I was so ill.
Stay away from this company. THis company claims to provide nursing services 24 X 7 X 365! nothing could be further from the truth. I had a catheter clog up at 11 o’clock at night, and I called them to help change it. They refused.and said some thing to the effect that it was too late and they didn’t want their nurses traveling in the dark.This happened a second time and again they refused. This company is by far worst I have ever had to deal with. I am diabetic with a open wound that is to be changed daily. 1st day they blew me off, excuses! I had to go to Er for wound care. Next day did show up, then tried to schedule for every other day, ignoring Dr orders. I have to fight for a visit. 200 dollars a visit you would think they would be happy to come. I even had one nurse feel my forehead and say no fever?! Do not use this company.
This agency is terrible and dangerous. They had two felons taking care of my grandmother. These felons almost killed my grandmother. Do NOT use them.
