Great first experience moving over to Bay Breeze from one of the "big ones". Front office staff and the owner were quick to communicate, personable and easy to work with. Tech, Kevin came out and did inspections on our AC systems, boiler systems etc. No high pressure doom and gloom "you need to replace it all" sales pitch, just an honest assessment of the system, a couple quick fixes and a company that I definitely look forward to using when it comes time to replace all my systems. Thanks guys!
I can appreciate Justin's knowledge of Trane units. Most a/c companies aren't knowledgeable about those units and their functions, nor are they able to successfully repair them. Bay Breeze, along with Technician Justin, are 5 star top contenders!
Bay Breeze provided outstanding service trouble shooting our 24-year old heat pump/air conditioner providing a variety of options to repair or replace the unit. We decided on full replacement and they were able to have it installed in a matter of days - just ahead of a heat wave! The were professional, courteous and left the area very neat and tidy.
Dylan was the perfect installation manager. He wa professional and responsive to all questions. The installation brothers were fantastic. Not only did the know their job, but were very professional and pleasant. I will use and recommend Bay Breeze in the future. By the way, their professionalism from the sales person to the office staff to the owner made me feel as though I was part of the team.
The Bay Breeze technician, Justin, was knowledgeable, efficient and had excellent communication skills. He diagnosed the issue with our heat pump and we trust expertise.
