My Aunt Doris stays here and she seems to be very happy. They take very good care of her. Every time we come to visit. It's very clean, smells fresh. I'm very surprised
Can’t get anyone to answer the phone try three times today to get through the nurses station where my brother room is I was put on hold all three times no one picked up now it’s after 4:30 and no one’s answering the phone not even a recording or an after hours machine this is unacceptable if you want to check on your loved one
This is a very difficult review. But feel it's important. My loved one was living in a different state and left alone. We brought her down here, and Aspire had a bed available. There is so much red tape when moving a patient from another state to FL. It is extremely emotional. I love my family member very much. I spend a lot of time at Aspire. When it was time to put my Dad in a nursing home, everything happened so fast and we had to make a descion on where we were going to choose for his care. We came across Aspire and after taking a tour, we could tell that the staff was smiling and the look and smell of cleaniliness was apparent throughout. On top of it my Mother was a marketing director for assisted living and was very keane on the environment as a whole and was deeply satisfied, so naturally my brother and I felt a sense of relief that we had found the right ... read more
