The staff go out of the way and treat you like family they comfort you at your weakest moments. Food is too good they do real good. Elaine listen to my problems all the time, Rene the social worker is amazing. Alexis the nurse is super cool makes sure you're always well taken care of and is simpatetic. Morgan the BOM is very helpful. Todd goes above and beyond. Sharon the social services assistant got me thru the storm. Lisa pays attention to you. Everyone has been good to me. They did real good.
Horrible facility. I would not send my worst enemy here. The staff are overwhelmed as they have over 20 patients per nurse and cna. There are certain staff that do not listen to the patients needs or they refuse to help the patient which can cause life threatening issues. Plus they do not bathe the patients on a regular basis. My family member has been there almost a week and no bath has been given. As a family member and a nurse myself I am disgusted at the care being provided, or lack of, to my family member and to others.
My Aunt Doris stays here and she seems to be very happy. They take very good care of her. Every time we come to visit. It's very clean, smells fresh. I'm very surprised
Can’t get anyone to answer the phone try three times today to get through the nurses station where my brother room is I was put on hold all three times no one picked up now it’s after 4:30 and no one’s answering the phone not even a recording or an after hours machine this is unacceptable if you want to check on your loved one
