The last 2 times we called Baybreeze for service, no one returned our calls. We have a monthly contract with them and they "claim" to return your call within 15 minutes. We started calling them and leaving them messages at 10 am Saturday morning. We finally had to call another A/C company to fix our problem. The new company responded and were on site in 45 minutes.
