When attempting to request to speak to the supervisor, Denise, in regards to an order, Trina refused. When I offered to leave my information and get a call back (providing the order number and that I wasn't selling anything) if he was unavailable, she again refused. Did an $100 flower order to be deliver on a Saturday and it was delivered on next Monday at 6pm with smash flowers and old roses. Called to get a raincheck and who answered gave lots of excuses and hang up the call. Not good business manners. Very unrespecful!!!
I had ordered flowers online too, and different flower company that I thought I was getting somebody local. Ava's flowers. They missed the delivery day and delivered the most. Sorry, bouquet, I'd ever seen but Bay bouquet stepped up and delivered another bouquet that was awesome. They did not have to do that. They definitely have my business from now on. She loved the flowers. Thanks Bay, bouquet.
We are from out of town and requested a bouquet for UT graduation the day of, and I was not disappointed. Fantastic customer service as everyone was super nice. 10/10
