Coltrina was amazing!!!! She worked after hours just to help me through my indecisiveness right before a big holiday. I needed a custom flower arrangement for a traditional Hindu funeral and she exceeded my expectations. If you want something worthy of your time and money for a special occasion like this, then I highly recommend going here with Coltrina.

Horribly embarrassed and angry when friend sent thank you and a picture of a $100 arrangement that cost $122 with shipping and tax that looked at most like a $30 arrangement. I wished I would have read more reviews that were predominantly one-star. Called the Manager at Bay Bouquet just now and his response was that it was not illegal when accused of price gouging🤬

Why do you have your store hours working on google when you are closed. Phone is not answered either. Unable to leave the voice mail because it’s full. The right way to ruin your business

Received a small bouquet of flowers from my mom for my birthday. Didn’t have the heart to tell her they were awful. I’m not sure what she ordered, but I am sure they weren’t dead in the picture. It’s disappointing that someone paid for overpriced flowers to make someone feel special and they get this.
