Was referred to Dr Fox and so glad I was. He and his team were great. He took his time and explained the root canal procedure thoroughly to me. He encouraged me to ask questions. He was professional, congenial and his bedtime manner top notch. He truly cares about his patients.
Called to get an appointment but their receptionist wasn't willing to answer my queries or willing to get an estimate of the coverage for the patient. Simply unhelpful and passive aggressive in their tone. Decided to not opt for their services for one reason - staff unhelpful and disrespectful.
