I enjoy the classes and feel great when I leave the club. The push that you receive when in the classes are something you wouldn't achieve working out yourself. I would recommend this club to anyone.
The Bay athletic club definitely has a great atmosphere to workout in, has up to date equipment, and the employees are always helpful
Don't be afraid coming here! There is something for everyone and the instructors are top notch. The club itself and the classes are inviting and the instructors are wonderful in providing modifications when needed during class. BAC staff is always present and willing to answer any questions. BAC is a place to accomplish your goals and reach for the stars......
This place is a joke! If you want to pay $10 for a day pass or $50 a month for 5 treadmills, 10 ellipticals, 2 bench presses etc... And all these things are in use when it comes to 4:30. The people working don't even do anything, They sit on Facebook or have coffee with there friends. Also if you would like to pick up weights and cleans machines for other people then you would love this place. Even the workers will leave a mess.
