The bay at Point Loma residence HOA is filled with people who don’t care about you or your family. The HOA seems like a friendly bunch of people but they will fail to admit to their shortfalls and even not reimburse you if it comes to your expenses. They will give you fake parking passes, provide false codes for their gate to not give you access into the community, and fail to help and provide the needs of the community. Honestly by far the worst group of people to assist in you needs, 0/10 never recommended living here.
Great Apartment Complex In My Rooms And Bathrooms
Great place to stay except the parking patrol sports to be in cahoots with Western Towing. They will tag and tow your vehicle as soon as they are able. Then it will cost you$300 to get your car back. I forgot to hang my tag up one night after being there for a week and BAM, TOWED AWAY. A really slimy deal. Park on the street if you can...
Was once a nice place before the great downgrade. Now it's just another ghetto in Point Loma. HOA board is essentially a criminal organization that won't follow the rules or the law. Run by a failed woman and a failed person who can't even keep a job. This place is going down quick.
We have lived here for 5 years. It’s a great place to live. Our unit is 3 levels and includes a garage, in-unit laundry and a balcony/outside area.
