RecommendedThe office is friendly and efficient. The vet and nursing team were so kind and took excellent care of Big Gray Cat. They were kind and examined Big Gray with great care. They did recommend surgery and carefully answered all our questions. The team was helpful after surgery and gave several followup calls after the surgery. I highly recommend going to this office. Very pleased.

Dr. Susanek and Dr. Banwell are both amazing. We are so grateful to both of them for taking care of our 7 year old baby Cocoa and helping us figure out how to make her better and live a long life with us. Highly recommend this office if your baby needs a specialist!

Very friendly staff, great service from everyone I've met. I have had 2 boxers with cancer, and when the second one was diagnosed there was no question about where I was taking my boy. Dr. Susneck is just a great doc.
I took my dog in there for treatment 6 years ago. I thought when I took her in we would be putting her down. Dr Susneck is an amazing brilliant man. He found the rare disease she suffered from and made her better. It was time consuming and expensive but it gave me 6 YEARS with my baby. Today I have to put her down. But all I can think about is how incredibly grateful I am that BAVS gave me an extra 6 years with my best friend. Thank you for all you do.
Dr. Brayley and his staff are the reason why my sweet Reggie is home with me today. She went in with a cardiac emergency and they were able to stabilize her, give me a clear understanding of her situation and a personalized health plan to send her home with. During her overnight stay they kept me updated with her condition and were so understanding of my ugly crying in the waiting room. 😂 I greatly recommend this practice for specialized treatments and will continue to use Dr Brayley for all of my girls cardiac needs.
