We recently hired Bay Area Tree Care Inc. for vegetation management and hillside cleanup in Pinole, and I truly cannot say enough good things about Fernando and his crew. From start to finish, Fernando was professional, responsive, and easy to work with. The crew showed up early to make sure they could start as close to 8:00 AM as possible, which I really appreciated. I have now used your service 4 times over the years. Every time I received great service including clean up. Very punctual, quick, friendly and helpful. Fernando and crew understood and did what was needed. Very professional. The trees look well trimmed. The trees that needed removal a year ago have not returned. Thank you.

I submitted an online quote request and Fernando called a couple days later and set an appointment for the following week. The day came for the appointment and he never showed up. I texted him and he has a "read" report so I could see that he read my text asking if he was still coming out- no response. I then called and no answer and it went to voicemail so I left a message. No one ever called me back! I'm so surprised by this! This is my first ever tree care appointment I've tried to set up and this is my experience. So dis... read more

I cannot give this company enough stars! They were absolutely wonderful. I did an online request for a quote, the owner called me a week or so later saying he could come by that day since he was in the area. He walked the whole property with me, advised me on what some of my trees were (I had no idea!), gave me a paper with a quote and left. No pushy sales techniques which I really appreciated.
