Scam. I requested an invoice, in writing, at time of booking so I could pay and never received it so I cancelled the booking, again in writing, five days before the trip. I received a text last night with no identification that I thought was the company I booked with instead and now the driver is demanding I pay him. Nash needs to manage his business better. I would give 0 stars if I could.
Worth every penny. Super reliable, great communication, and friendly. Usually early to pick-up, only waited longer than 5 minutes once and that was because a marathon and street closures got in the way. Even saved me a couple hours of waiting at the airport, because my driver caught that my flight had changed, while the airline hadn't informed me. I've been using this service for roughly three years now and have ordered them for family members as well. Great service, great drivers.
