BAS installed our stair railing system nearly 20 years ago. The posts and rails are maple while the balusters are painted white. They still look and feel stunning even with 5 kids growing up around them.
I laughed when I saw the reviews stating they are tough to get a hold of, I had the same experience, but once we did connect, they delivered with remarkable speed, experieince and quality. They are selective in the jobs they take, so I understand it can be frustrating to get a reponse. Super knowledgeable easy to get along with great experience all the way around.
Utterly unreliable. They are impossible to get a hold of, do not return emails or voicemails and, after finally contacting a person on the phone, they cancelled our scheduled appointment twice and did not honor the third one - they didn't even have the decency to call to let me know they were not going to make it.
