Cancelled my appointment 20 minutes beforehand when I was already in the uber there and had already taken off work. Extremely unprofessional staff.
I came weeks ago and one of the hygienists was ontop of my head talking about how she’s sick…like why are you coming to work when you’re sick? This is very unprofessional and needs to be addressed with the staff. I will not be coming back here due to the unprofessionalism. Do better.
I made an appointment with this office because they advertised the earliest availability, but shortly after booking, they told me the schedule was full and had to reschedule me a week later. Today, I arrived on time for my cleaning appointment and ended up waiting over 45 minutes without any updates while the dentist continued with another patient. Dr. Su and her team aided my husband tremendously with prompt, professional emergency care after he suffered a terrible hit to the mouth (playing basketball - very bloody). This was a Saturday morning, and yet Dr. Su’s office was able to fit him in, provide clear instructions for reducing pain, navigate other waiting patients, and diagnose treatments. Dr. Su was also able to fit him with a splint to keep his teeth safely in place until he could visit the specialist. She even called the next day - Sunday! - to check in on him... read more
I've been seeing Dr. Quinn for a while now and she is the best dentist I’ve had. I really appreciate how detailed and thorough she is in educating her patients on dental health and building good habits. She takes a proactive approach to preventative care, not just fixing problems after. For example, she pointed out that as a right-handed tooth brusher, I need to switch the way I hold my toothbrush to properly clean the right side of my mouth.
