It was a horrible experience for me. First night was freezing in the room. I told the and the tech brought me another blanket which didn't help. I swear I felt like getting up and leave. I told him I couldn't stand it I was freezing, he goes and brings back a space heater about 8in.high it didn't work he goes back and brings another and that one worked as soon as he walks out the darn thing stop working. I believe this rating is distorted with a repetitive “1” rating listed. However I’ve going here for years for my supplies and studies and have NEVER had an issue! Professional and very courteous when I go there for support. HIGHLY recommended!
The technicians were very nice when I interacted with them. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean, so no complaints there. The only thing that was a little bothersome was the nightlight plugged into the wall. That thing was pretty bright. Also, I think there should be a bedside lamp that the patient can turn off and on, so that they are not reliant on the technician to do everything for them. Overall, it was a good experience!
Whoever answered the phone on 5/13/24 around 4:30pm is INCREDIBLY rude. She was short, and didnt want to be bothered with questions or to help. She told me my husband didn't have hia study there and when i told her he absolutely did, as I was looking at some paperwork, she rudely stated "well our systems go back to 2010 so it wasn't here". So apparently these papers were pulled from nothing. DO NOT go here.
