I had a concern about my elderly mother's air conditioning unit that was installed a while ago. I was immediately contacted by Brad at Bay Area Services and a service call was scheduled for the next day. Joey (the service tech) came out as scheduled and addressed the concern and added a little extra piece that didn't even have to do with the original job. Very satisfied! Thank You!

Incredible team all the way around. And, an incredible product. We purchased the Train propane gas heater. I already noticed a difference in our air quality not to mention the congruency in the heat exchange throughout the house. Thank u Bay Area Service! You are the best of the best. P.s. It's "Trane" I used the vernacular TRAIN because you can't stop a train. :)
