I had the pleasure of meeting Zyra at the San Carlos location. She was kind and very helpful to me. She explained things about the units and showed me what the different units looked like so l couldnt make a solid, informed decision. She helped me with navigating on line. Melanie, is so wonderful. I stay at this facility because of her. I have been here for 20+ years. She has been the best person during this time. Always helpful, friendly and a joy to work with. I have 5 units. I have changed to different units many times. Melanie has made it easy.

Once you’re signed up, they will not call you or email you back if you have an issue such as a credit card expiring. I’ve called at least six times and there is zero customer service response. Impressively bad customer service.
