My husband and I had a good experience with Bay Rentals with Ron and Heather. We were coming from out of town and had a very short window of a few days to visit rentals and wanted to make the most of it. At first we just tried the list but then went ahead and asked them to schedule viewing appointments with rentals that met our criteria. I am so grateful that we did this. I've been referred by two people to use this service, but as soon as they heard I have two dogs the conversation ended there. Not a great experience but at least they told me not to spend money with any service because pets are an issue with them.
We had an amazing experience with Ron and his team. My family relocated from Minnesota to the Bay Area. They found us the perfect place on our first day of looking. They were extremely knowledgeable about the area and took extra time to show us around where we would be living. Highly recommend!!
