Absolutely terrible. I rented a property from them that was poorly kept, they would not respond to any call about leaking sinks and broken appliances. Not military friendly at all, they kept my deposit for no reason. Purely un-american if you ask me. STAY AWAY. Don't let them manage your property, you will regret it.
