Lived in one of their units 2 years. Have been a model Tennant and even improved on the property. Payed on time, and damaged nothing. This month they brokered a deal to sell the property I live in, without notifying me, and I found out about it when they called us to set up a showing with the new owner. Thats when they gave us a 90 day notice. They are Unprofessional at best and unethical at worst. I highly recommend anyone who can, find housing any other way than these predatory management groups.
The level of customer service and care that I’ve experienced from Bay Area Property Management goes well beyond that of any other property management company that I’ve rented from in the past. Kristal is a rockstar and managed to find me the perfect apartment in no time at all! On top of that questions and concerns are met promptly and professionally. I would highly recommend renting from them if you are looking in the Coos Bay area.
