I had an appointment scheduled for 4:15 PM, and I arrived at the property at 4:13. There was another person there who said he had an appointment for 4:00 PM. He mentioned that no one was answering the phone or emails, but he decided to wait a little longer since his appointment was earlier than mine. I was a tenant with Bay Area Property Management for one year, and they were everything you hope for in a landlord—responsive, helpful, and understanding. From move-in to move-out, the experience was smooth and stress-free. Special thank you to Katrina Barney, who was a pleasure to work with throughout my tenancy. She was always professional, kind, and quick to address any questions or concerns.

We rented with Bay Area Property Management. Their actions (or inactions) not only caused us great discomfort during our stay, but wreaked havoc in our lives. When they showed the house, they did not disclose many issues with the house. Some were repairable, others were not. For ones that were repairable, it was impossible to get them to fix them. Super non-responsive. Some issues, like a leaking roof were actually a safety hazard, which amongst other issues was never fixed. But not fixing issues was the least of the problem... read more
