My neighbor uses their services. Their employee is inconsiderate. Today they park on the sidewalk and partially block my driveway. There's still 5 ft of space in front of them but they didn't care to move forward and away from my driveway. They also once parked in front of my trash can during trash day. The garbage driver honked and the employee didn't even bother to come out to check or move his truck. Please park in the driveway of the address you are servicing or block their driveway.

I would never use this service again. They changed my 1.5HP pool motor to a 3/4HP motor and I have been having problems with my pool ever since. Then they told me then get a new filtration system and that may solve your problem which was an additional $1,300 but there was no guarantee that I would like the results. Not to mention they told me that they would change my system for free to a salt water system. When I agreed to it the promise was not honored. It's not free its a rental system. I received better service from an i... read more

I wouldn't recommend this pool service to anyone. Unfortunately, we had this service pushed on us from a realtor saying that they converted our pool to salt water. They didn't. All they did was rent the salt system from this company and have them come and clean the pool for $140 a month. It's not worth it. We are from the Midwest, so we just accepted this, but since we've moved into our house, we've learned a lot. Check your own water at Pinch A Penny and you will see that they aren't doing their job. They aren't adding the ... read more

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE**** I was a long time customer of theirs, and had my own salt water system when I hired them to take care of the pool. Over the years, I had many problems with a green pool, other issues with them not cleaning it properly, I spent countless hours on the phone with them complaining about their service, then to top it all off, they replaced my system with their own and took mine away without my knowledge or permission. Then when I sold my home, they demanded their system back and Patrick Krantzberg (custome... read more
