Horrible experience.
These people are fucking pricks they will up charge you on everything. It doesn't matter how much you have used their services or for how long. They could care less about their customers. They don't give a shit about animals all they want is your money. NEVER AGAIN!

Lollypop and Lulu went to the Bay Area Pet Spa for the first time and the service was excellent. Both the "girls" really needed a complete spa treatment. They were just beautiful when I picked them up. The staff was so professional and I could tell they liked their jobs and treated my girls with great care and a loving attention. Thank you for a job well done! We will be back.
Winston absolutely LOVES going to spend time there when we have to travel out of town. I never hesitate to send him there as I know he will be well taken care of and will enjoy himself immensely and come home exhausted and well loved. :)
