Jason is a fantastic chef and a great guy. He was extremely professional and had great communication leading up to the event. Everyone at the party could not stop talking about how good the garlic shrimp and the paella were. Could not recommend more highly.
We hired Jason to cater a workshop my company hosted and he was amazing. The paella and appetizers were outstanding - so flavorful and it worked well with so many dietary restrictions. Jason was so easy to work with - on time, brought everything he needed and friendly. If you are thinking about hiring Jason, just do it! 100% recommend him and am looking for any excuse to hire him again.
Jason was incredible, his communication and responsiveness as we planned for the event was prompt and he was very clear about all the details. The event itself was perfection; he was on time, set up quickly, engaged with all the guests - answered all their questions, and the outcome of the meal was AMAZING! Jason was fabulous! Cant say enough about the food...I was nervous about paella because we love it, but wasnt sure it was everybody's favorite...but EVERYONE loved the meal! It was beautiful and special. Plus, Jason is a very nice guy to have at your event! Highly recommend!
