I’m shocked this place has such low reviews yesterday the practice manager Frida for the right of my mother to be seen. She is taken by transportation and they never give her time to be seen by a doctor. They take her and give her five minutes maybe yesterday Frida got on the phone with the manager of that company and made sure that my mother was able to be seen by doctor Kamat . This place is so unsanitary and it smells the walls are so dirty and the doctor is never on time not to mention he doesn’t seem to have compassion
The new office manager has really made a difference at this place. Frida has done wonders for me. I was afraid of coming because of the reviews however I was assured my daughter would be be seen Great doctor it is a long wait however he is straight forward and tells me how I need to change my lifestyle or what meds I need for my neurological issues worth the wait I can’t wait for my follow up
Betty is so rude and racist.i spoke to her in English but because of my accent she said “I DONT SPEAK SPANISH” I told her I speak English and Spanish and how many languages do you speak? She just threw the new patient paperwork at me and didn’t care. This place needs to fire her this is why they don’t have patients
Very rude people everytime I have called it's been a bad interaction!!
