My second visit was awful. The technician ruined my fitting, making it impossible to get usable data. It left me without the CPAP I needed and I was charged for his mistakes. He was also aggressive with applying the sensors to my scalp to the point it left painful welts. Their first tech was good, but she has a fulltime position at a better facility - it's unlikely you'll have her on your visit. The hospital employees are kind and nice, however, I hope this Chinese doctor has responsibility for his patient as a doctor. I believe nobody should be rude to anyone. My grandma took MRI and blood test by the doctor's request, but my email didn't go through for some reason, so I made a phone call to make an appointment.
