High praise for Hilary Davis +100 to work with her. She is kind, thoughtful, and honest. Hilary helped me understand that even with a beautiful renovation, it takes a lot of money to sell a home. She charges $1,000 per month for 530 sq condo staging (bedroom and living room). I would connect with Hilary a few months before you're ready to sell, work out the numbers with her, and give yourself time to save to spend what she needs you spend so she can sell.
