I recently logged in to schedule a yearly follow-up to find that Lugo had switched to "concierge services only". I sent an email noting that I saw the switch, and was requesting one final follow-up and that email was ignored, so I went ahead and schedule a consult. I received a one-line email denying that appointment stating that "I transitioned the practice to exclusively Concierge Medicine Memberships late last year." Great personalized service. Kris answers his own phone, and is super knowledgeable. Appointments are not rushed and seem to last until you are satisfied with all questions asked and answered.
