Took me on as a client in Feb. Have been ghosted by my lawyer for a combined 4 months now. She has filed the bare minimum for my case and has held it as a stand still, ignoring my emails, calls and supervisors that also do the same. No one has helped me and they give me the run around saying they’ll call me and never do. Absolutely waste of time and mind games. Do not take their “help”

The last time when I called I was number 6 on the line. But that was really reasonable waiting time and the response of the receptionist is very professional,she understand all my needs and helps me a lot, clarifying what should I do next.. thank you very much! The receptionist Marisol went above and beyond for me. She was so kind and patience and answered any questions I had.she also took the time to practice the video part before my actual presentation hearing with mr. Grabel and the judge as of I was very nervous I wouldn't do it right as of I get confused sometimes . Ty so much Marisol!!! I will never forget all you did for me. Tricia Carpenter

So far I've had a bad experience. They called me to finish my application, i was driving so I didn't answer. I've called back three times and each time I've waited juat for it to hang up on me. Even the call back did. I answered it said thanks for waiting and hung up. Update Aftrt the third time calling i finally got a hold of someone just to tell me that they need to have someone else call me.
