Bay Area health has good Dr.s but the way the receptionist Brianna talks to patients is very unprofessional, and rude to tell me as a patient you either goin pay or we going to cancel your appointment. And why u think u didn’t have to pay for a televisit .Those were the rude remarks that was made towards me when no one ever gave me instructions on my televisit and I’m a new patient Brianna is giving a bad name to this practice and I will be reporting her to the Texas Medical Board
Everyone was very pleasant and there wasn't a wait at all .The technician there was very good.
Clean. Ample of parking. Helpful Personnel at the plaza.
