I am giving one star. Since* they never pick phone. They respond to text days later. When I hired them. They asked for two weeks to join as maid service. Then after two weeks they dont show up at all. I can find more than a hundred maids on yelp in my zip code. So I hired another right away.

They committed fraud two times: First thing happened in initial days of my hiring this maid. My bank sent new card. The old card was picked by my maid who purchased SAMS club of one thousand dollars. I reported to bank and git my money back. I asked the owner Carmen, to fire the maid that is sent to me. Second thing was credit card application. Their maid picked my credit card report from my trash, and applied for a new credit card. I reported this to the credit card company. It was the same maid INEZ that did both things.

I have used their service for a few times in the past and the service has been great every time. They do a great job for the price with minimal supervision and instructions and are quick. I definitely recommend Bay Area House Cleaning!
