They committed fraud two times: First thing happened in initial days of my hiring this maid. My bank sent new card. The old card was picked by my maid who purchased SAMS club of one thousand dollars. I reported to bank and git my money back. I asked the owner Carmen, to fire the maid that is sent to me. Second thing was credit card application. Their maid picked my credit card report from my trash, and applied for a new credit card. I reported this to the credit card company. It was the same maid INEZ that did both things.

​For the first time in my American life this horrifying thing has happened. My only fault was that I hired BAY AREA HOUSE CLEANING, who are Maids from MEXICO. They think all AMERICANS like us are all stupid, since we hire them. They do not clean my trash cans. They do not change trash bags in my trash cans. They are supposed to TIE all my trash bags and put them in the large trash containers without touching my trash.. I have used their service for a few times in the past and the service has been great every time. They do a great job for the price with minimal supervision and instructions and are quick. I definitely recommend Bay Area House Cleaning!

Good quality work in cleaning the house and dusting, very efficient, finished a 3 br house in under 2 hours. Would highly recommend the service!
