They send you to collections for their inability to charge the insurance company. Yes. They double billed us and were told their double billed is fraud and they sent us to collection. Even though I called and tried to fix their error. We have ohp and champva. How do they not know how to use their own billing system.

Brought my husband here after a quadding accident and we were not from the area. The staff were all incredibly considerate and kind. From the woman who helped us check into emergency, to the nurses, to the doctor. Amazing facility and so appreciative of everyone's care. Full of genuine people who you can tell love and are good at their job.

These Idiots are completely out of touch with common sense, Absolutely no assistance with the operator but the the drop you call and then Don't answer when you call right back?? I understand that no one wants to work there, but train the one's that are employed by your corporate family. I understand that health care is a money making business and that people are 2nd, but maybe your corporate entity should invest in customer service?? Or not...

Extremely rude. Uncoordinated. Non communicative staff. Changes medical drirections without counseling patient or his team This includes but not limited to Dillon, Julissa, Antonia, Kallie, Sandra, Lahuana (spelling), Sonya, Russell, Kayla, Nick, travis and Lisa. Avoid this hospital they will give you wrong meds and are always late and slow.

My ER Visit was surprisingly smooth. I was in and out in 6 hrs. Not bad for a busy, small hospital. PA Brian was excellent. All the support staff were kind and my nurse put in a catheter I didn't feel at all! It's a tough job being in the medical profession these days. Not enough medical types with small hospitals like these getting overloaded. These folks deserve a pat on their back.Please be kind to your 1st responders. They deserve it!! Thank you.
