I give three stars because the work done is pretty good. However, I did not feel like a valued customer - they over book appts so you are sitting in the salon for HOURS! Once I was there for 4 hours - I kid you not. Also, you would be wise to ask upfront how much your service will cost or bring your check book b/c you can end up spending up $240 for a simple wash, cut, color and style visit...works for some but I think it outrageous. Overall, if you have all day and the money to spend, it is worth it!
This salon definetly deserves 5 stars.... my experience there was both comforting and professional. Not only was I extremely happy with the way my hair turned out I was happy about the enviroment I was in.... the stylists there do excellent work!!!
