Five-star experience at Bay Area Gynecology. The nurses, clerks, and PA staff are all top-notch. They are organized, courteous, and truly care about patient outcomes. Whether it’s immediate action on a health concern or explaining complex treatment options like Gemtesa, they handle everything with excellence. Grateful to have my mother in their care.

It's never easy when one gets referred to go see a gynecological oncologist. It is a very scary and unnerving ordeal. To have a surgeon provide clear communication in a caring and supporting way is so critical to one's mental wellbeing. I was delighted to have Dr. Cici Liu, MD take me under her care. I had an excellent experience with Dr. Liu, her care team and the OR staff at Good Samaritan hospital. My surgery was March 2025. I Love the Office and Staff, but Dr Velasco made me wait 45min the 2 times I had an appt with him. During the last appt, I was very emotional and because I was left for too long in a small room, I had some anxiety. Then my husband tells me that Dr Velasco was dancing and playing down the hallways having fun while I was having an a xiety attack because he was playing, Really?? Never again

They billed a phone call for about 200$, in which the doctor only tells me everything looks good in my last well-women exam. I didn’t ask any other question. They put the code as office visit, which my insurance doesn’t cover. Although I sent many emails asking them to do a code review, and the code should be well-women exam, they still didn’t do that. Very bad billing experience.
