Great fast service. Fair and professional
I drove to Florida from New York and I cracked my windshield on the way due to a rock hitting it. I called my insurance company and they hooked me up with Mark from Bay area glass works. Mark was very pleasant and super professional. My windshield ended up not coming in on time and I was leaving on Sunday. Mark told me that he will personally pick it up and install it on Saturday for me before I leave town. I made an appointment and they never showed up and havent returned my phone calls...I'm very disappointed as they came recommend from a close friend. Maybe now they will call me back as I need my back window resealed.
Love this company! Need more companies like this- ones that actually care for the customers and the community!
