Saw the Dr for 2nd opinion for a complicated history and current pain. Handed a script and Sent for a test (which I had today.) and told “come back in a month.” Scheduled the follow up today, and was helped by Crystal. Can’t see the Dr. until Feb., so was offered an APRN appt, which I accepted for 12/4. Without getting too lengthy, this is so disappointing to me.

most specialists run late every appointment. This office is always running on time. the staff is very friendly.
Very unprofessional. Never returned call. Communication with front desk office to doctors obviously is not communicated properly.

Have been going to Bay Area Gastro for quite a while now. I've been going now for about 2 months, I'm finally on an upward way! Yeah me! I've had the BEST treatment you could ever want! Ever thing was explained to me in a way I could understand. Now I'm feeling much much better! I've now, got my husband an appointment tomorrow. ( I might add, bout time!). I would recommend with all my heart to everyone who needs there care. Wonderful people who treat you like a friend, not a number.
Dr Berner has been dealing with me for awhile now and has always been very professional with me and explained to me all the procedures done on me he is great, Amanda and Debbie have also met with me two great Ladies plus the rest of the staff don't know all your names behind the counter put you get the thumbs up also. I'm sure the other Doctors are great just haven't met them yet.
Dr. Moore is a great doctor. She always makes me feel very comfortable discussing my medical issues. She had been excellent performing the medical procedures I've needed. She is very good at listening to my concerns.
