I am extremely disappointed with this clinic, and especially with the way their phone receptionist treats patients. Every time I’ve called, I’ve been met with rudeness, a dismissive attitude, and absolutely no willingness to help. The receptionist speaks with an insulting, condescending tone, as if patients are inconveniences instead of people seeking care. I rarely leave reviews, but the experience I had with this clinic’s phone operator was so unprofessional that it deserves to be addressed. The receptionist who answered the phone was extremely rude, condescending, and had an outright insulting tone. Instead of helping, she kept pretending she “couldn’t hear me,” repeatedly put me on unnecessary holds, and spoke in a way that felt intentionally provoking. Dr.Gogia is nice and professional. But the day i visited, I was in the lobby for 2 hours and ended up having to leave and getting a refund. The chick at the front desk wasn't pleasant about it either, saying I didnt have to show up early. Even though I was showing up at the time they told me to (no one said it was early, they told me to just be there at 9, had I'd known I would have showed up at 10) regardless, even if I showed up at my appointment time, I still would have been waiting for over an hour, and that's not includ... read more

Took my mom who had stage 4 cirrhosis of the liver to see Dr. Gogia - he sent her away without any information and said he wasn't "able to read the scans" from St. Josephs, which we came here only to do, just to find out if we can save my moms life. This doctor is useless and only wanted the $250 I paid out of pocket to go see him. This office turns away sick people instead of helping save them.

I’ve called Dr. Gogia’s office at least 3 or 4 times the past couple of weeks asking to speak with his MA’s. Each time, I’ve explained everything to the person that answers, she tells me she’s going to relay my message and nobody has gotten back with me. Very upsetting and unprofessional. I’m going to switch my care to another GI doctor. Wish me luck when I call them to request my medical records.
