We didn't even get to our appointment, we called to asked some questions about the Ph monitoring procedure. We first talked to a receptionist who tried very hard to convince she knew what was going on, which she didn't. After several requests she finally connected us to Dr. Boschert's medical assistant. She talked to me very condescending, like I was a little child and should just accept what was going to happen and not ask questions. Dr. Lyles is awesome! He's truly got a heart for what he does, and his patients!
Congratulations to Dr. Ron Joseph on his retirement. He has been my go to doc for gastro for nearly 30 years and always provided excellent and compassionate care. I will miss having him as a physician, but I am also excited to see him commence the next chapter of his life.
