I've been trying for three weeks now to get an appointment to have my spa serviced. I've called three time to trying to get an appointment and the representative says they will call back to schedule. Typical make sale and forget you company.
My husband I went into this business checking for estimates on installing a pool ( and getting parts for a pellet stove). Was told they would call us and send someone to measure our yard and also call when they found the parts. Never heard from them again. I guess they are doing so much business they can blow off potential customers? 0 stars!
Absolute WORST service EVER!!! Since we purchased our hot tub 3 years ago, we have had nothing but TROUBLE with this disappointing business. From the unreturned calls and broken promises to the uneducated "service" people, our experience has been HORRIBLE!! If you are thinking about checking them out, RETHINK it.... I would not recommend stepping foot into the BAD BUSINESS!
