0 stars. Office management is horrible. Patient Portal messages are never, and I mean never read. Can't ever talk to someone live in billing or management when calling. Paid my father's bill, who I take care of, and kept getting notices of delinquent payment. Can't talk to billing live ever so I send messages on portal that no one ever reads. Get threatened thru mail that I'm being sent to collections for not paying bill I paid months ago, again I try calling, leave a message and send message in portal with proof that bill w... read more
