The financial part is NOT explained at all. After arriving they charge you in full without explanation of the services and when asked a quick attitude is given. After the appointment then they inform you of additional costs that were NEVER explained prior to visit, knowing these additional costs are mandatory for better vision. If explained in the beginning then maybe the patient will have the opportunity to plan accordingly.
