Terrible business – I was referred to this company through a service request from Fidelity Home warranty. I checked the reviews on yelp and was concerned because of the poor reviews. When I spoke to them on the phone they seemed knowledgeable, not the friendliest of people but knowledgeable none the less, so I decided to give them a shot. Worst Service – I wish I had the previous reviewer's experience, but I didn't. Had an intermittent problem with my garage door and my home warranty company had them call me. The first appointment was canceled because they had a transportation problem, but they didn't even bother calling up so I had to. We set up another date and their technician came in to fix the problem (I wasn't present). The following day, the same intermittent problem persisted. Best Customer service, – two weeks ago my garage door would not close, so, i called my home warranty to report the problem and , about an hour later, I received a call from adam, with bay area doors wanting to set an appointment. Althought i had a hearing problem, adam was so patient and attentive. He helped me adjust my safety sensors and get my door working properly over the phone... ultimately saving me $50, "u don't get that everywhere" i though to my self.
