I recently dug out my dad’s gold watch that’s been put away for 18 years to present to my son. I was concerned from sitting that long there would be problems. Brought it to Bay Area Diamond where I always go for watch batteries. Alysse had the watch up and running in no time! I was very happy! She added that if there was any problem with the fit they would be happy to take care of that for me. I really like their friendly and professional service. They repaired a ruby ring for me a while back also and did an excellent job!
