I had such a wonderful experience at this dental office. From the moment I walked in, Lauren and Lisa were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. They made the whole process smooth and stress-free. My cleaning was so thorough and gentle the hygienist took the time to explain everything as she went. By the time I got in I felt so welcomed. Lauren was very helpful with completing my forms and also gave me an update on my fee for my appointment. We absolutely love Bay Area Dental Specialists! All four of my kids have been treated like family since we started going 10 years ago. With two in braces, they always take great care of us and work to meet our crazy schedules and needs. Sheila was wonderful getting us in last minute and staying later to remove braces on my oldest. All of Dr. Bailey and Dr. Richardson’s team is welcoming and thorough. We can’t recommend them enough!
Dr. Browning is the best dentist I have ever experienced. She truly cares about her patients. Most of the time when I have been to a dentist in the past it either goes two ways for me. Either you barely see the dentist ever and only see the hygienist. Or you see the dentist they give you a quick treatment plan and then you don’t see them again. Dr. Browning is different.
