I am so grateful to the staff at this clinic, we went on a late Saturday afternoon as my son was seeing no improvement after having been to the ER earlier that week for abdominal and back pain, they squeezed us in as a drop in and we were seen immediately, all the staff were so kind and professional, and Dr. Murtinity was so concerned and excellent, really listening and understanding, and gave us prescriptions that have made a difference. What a friendly and caring staff.
The MA named Marlene Jauregui, pushed my wheel chaired in to the wall. She totally disrespected me. No one should ever give this MA a job. She’s unprofessional. And not honest person and totally disrespected me. Dr Tsai and Dr Dickey should know. That MA is no good.
