Extremely Disappointing Experience – Would Give 0 Stars If Possible I would rate this place even lower than 1 star if that was an option. My experience with this community health center was nothing short of frustrating. The customer service is incredibly disappointing, and I received misleading information multiple times. They canceled our appointment at the last moment. We waited for this appointment for 3 weeks without a good reason. The front desk lady called and canceled because the OBGYN doctor didn’t show up the day before, and she was backed up on appointments and canceled our appointments. Very disappointed and unprofessional service from Bay Area Community Health. Not recommended at all; this place should replace all these employees, including the unprofessional OBGYN doctor, whoever she is.
