We have been a long time customer a Bay. Area coffee buying boondox Bay, the company messed up our order on several occasions, had inconvenienced us with sending stuff back-and-forth, and now when we order, they will not accept our order or call us back customer service at this place is horrific. I will just go buy my coffee at the retail outlet.

Hello, we purchased two bags of your coffee yesterday from grocery outlet in The Dalles, Or yesterday. We mixed the two, so we are unsure of which bag the bitter bland taste is coming from. One bag is a Boondock bay 2 lb ground french roast with an expiration date of 11/07/19 while the other is a 12 oz Hawaiian blend Chocolate Macadamia nut whole bean that we ground in the store with an expiration date of 10/10/19.
