I’ve been there twice. This center struggles with diversity and equity. They remove wigs from chronic disease patients and don’t provide a hair covering. The recovery personnel are extremely rude. Both experiences have been horrible.
People working there very professional, vary accommodating, and vary nice.
Zero stars. Front staff devoid of empathy or any bedside manner. Cramped waiting room that smells.
I don't understand why this place doesn't have a 5.0 rating. The staff can't be beat! They're so nice. I had so much fun joking around with the nurses in pre-op. Great people and atmosphere!
