From my initial outreach to pickup and delivery of our area rug, the team was incredibly communicative, clear, reliable, prompt, and kind. We have had our rug for about 5 years and they did a fantastic job cleaning it with care. I could not recommend this company enough -- super easy to work with and one less thing I had to worry about.
Requested this service as a gift for a friend who wanted to freshen up her place. Ben was really easy to work with for scheduling and preparation, and Peter did an amazing job cleaning rugs that have been let go for years. Hope to get them to come back to do upholstery and more later this year. Great prices, on time, and good job all around.
